Your booking

Little Kickers Ireland uses parent contact details, child name and age, class selection and payment status to manage your trial, availability, confirmations and reminders. Booking records are kept in our access-controlled booking system. Stripe processes payments and receives the parent email, payment amount and booking reference; advertising identifiers and parent or child names are not added to Stripe metadata.

Optional measurement and advertising

Essential storage keeps your cookie choices. Optional analytics records pseudonymous visits, booking steps and campaign sources. Optional marketing shares page views, checkout and paid Purchase events with Meta for advertising measurement and optimisation, including campaign/click identifiers, browser information and hashed parent contact details. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect booking. Change or withdraw consent in Cookie settings.

Analytics uses a pseudonymous visitor reference and per-tab session reference to distinguish visitors from repeat interactions, measure empty age results and booking drop-off, and link consented campaign sources to booking outcomes. Campaign information may include UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term, campaign/ad-set/ad IDs, placement, referring website hostname and landing page path. We do not record full referring URLs or customer contact details in funnel events.

With explicit Meta marketing consent, Meta Platforms receives Pixel and Conversions API events. Paid Purchases use the amount confirmed by Stripe, EUR currency and a shared event ID so browser and server reports count as one. Matching may include hashed parent email, phone and name, browser/click identifiers, IP address and user agent. Hashing is not anonymisation. Meta uses this data for advertising measurement and optimisation and may process it internationally under its privacy terms. No child's details are shared for advertising.

Your choices and retention

Optional tracking is off until accepted in consent-required or unresolved regions. Elsewhere no banner is automatically shown; optional tracking in this implementation also stays off unless enabled through Cookie settings. Ad platforms still count their own ad clicks and impressions. Rejecting cookies never prevents booking. Cookie settings preserves your current choices until you save a change. Withdrawal stops future browser events and queued server sends, including across open tabs; previously blocked events are not replayed.

The essential cookie-choice reference lasts up to six months. Consented first-touch attribution is retained in your browser for up to 30 days and attached privately to a booking. Consent history preserves the time, notice version and acceptance or withdrawal choices as evidence. Booking, attribution and delivery records are restricted to authorised staff and retained for booking administration, reconciliation and compliance; contact us for access, correction, deletion or retention enquiries.
